O meu HP dv9700 (entertainement pc) ...
Este é o meu portatil de há 2 anos a esta parte. Dois anos é muito tempo nestas coisas da Informatica (memoria, velocidade, etc). Anda comigo para todo o lado, e eu tenho feito umas milhas... Continua a portar-se impecavelmente. Um Abraço para ele. Obrigado.

O Medo ...
O medo é um sentimento que proporciona um estado de alerta demonstrado pelo receio de fazer alguma coisa, geralmente por se sentir ameaçado, tanto fisicamente como psicologicamente. Pavor é a ênfase do medo. O medo pode provocar reações físicas como descarga de adrenalina, aceleração cardíaca e tremor. Pode provocar atenção exagerada a tudo que ocorre ao redor, depressão, pânico, etc. Medo é uma reação obtida a partir do contato com algum estímulo físico ou mental (interpretação, imaginação, crença) que gera uma resposta de alerta no organismo. Esta reação inicial dispara uma resposta fisiológica no organismo que libera hormônios do estresse (adrenalina, cortisol) preparando o indivíduo para lutar ou fugir. A resposta anterior ao medo é conhecida por ansiedade. Na ansiedade o indivíduo teme antecipadamente o encontro com a situação ou objeto que lhe causa medo. Sendo assim, é possível se traçar uma escala de graus de medo, no qual, o máximo seria o pavor e, o mínimo, uma leve ansiedade. O medo pode se transformar em uma doença (a fobia) quando passa a comprometer as relações sociais e a causar sofrimento psíquico. A técnica mais utilizada pelos psicólogos para tratar o medo se chama Dessensibilização Sistemática. Com ela se constrói uma escala de medo, da leve ansiedade até o pavor, e, progressivamente, o paciente vai sendo encorajado a enfrentar o medo. Ao fazer isso o paciente passa, gradativamente, por um processo de reestruturação cognitiva em que ocorre uma re-aprendizagem, ou ressignificação, da reação que anteriormente gerava a resposta de alerta no organismo para uma reação mais equilibrada. A MUST ...
Midnight Express is a sordid and ostensibly true story about a young American busted [in 1970] for smuggling hash in Turkey and his subsequent harsh imprisonment and later escape. Cast, direction and production are all very good, but it's difficult to sort out the proper empathies from the muddled and moralizing screenplay which, in true Anglo-American fashion, wrings hands over alien cultures as though our civilization is absolutely perfect.
Oliver Stone is credited for adapting the book by Billy Hayes, young tourist who, in the midst of airline terrorism and world pressure on Turkey over drug farming, is discovered wearing a not-insignificant amount of hash strapped to his body. Brad Davis plays Hayes in a strong performance.
Acceptance of the film depends a lot on forgetting several things: he was smuggling hash; Turkey is entitled to its laws, and is no more guilty of penal corruption and brutality than, say, the US, UK, France, Germany, etc; a world tourist can't assume that a helpful father (played well by Mike Kellin) is going to have the same clout with some midwestern politicians; nor can an American expect to be treated with kid gloves everywhere.
However, the script loads up sympathy for Davis, also fellow convicts Randy Quaid (a psycho character), John Hurt (a hard doper) and Norbert Weisser (playing the obligatory gay inmate), by making the prison authorities even worse.
